As of this moment, the Hermes Kickstarter campaign is 101% funded! We’ve been pushing hard to get the word out and the results have been fairly positive. We’ve found ourselves on reddit, Slashdot and space.com of all places. Kickstarter even featured the project on their official blog.
Coverage has been positive while online comments have been evenly divided among people who wish us well and “armchair astronauts” giving their critique of the craft and mission. It’s been a great experience with lots of lessons learned. We’re excited to start working on the 10” motor to which so many contributed money.
